Utmost care is taken to ship the fully designed and implemented woodwork to your job site. MCM installers arrive on the ground, determined to install each piece with an unmatched attention to detail. You can be certain that the simple beauty of your woodwork will be highlighted as the full dramatic shape of your design is made a reality.
The Project Manager will coordinate closely with any subcontracted Installation teams and our Field Coordinator will direct all carpentry and daily field actions based upon the plan and directions provided by the Project Manager.
The Field Supervisor is responsible for daily progress paperwork, coordination with other trades, and quality control of all work and interfacing with staff to coordinate the workflow and schedule changes. They will also ensure the foremen and carpenters are following the scope of work and solve any installation issues as they arise.
