Project Management

Quality leadership is needed to ensure timely project completion – and to deliver results that are unsurpassed. Our project managers balance all the needs and requirements of your job, developing project schedules along with values to monitor progress.

The Project Manager is the primary contact with the customer throughout the project and is the coordinator of all the project requirements, from drafting through to project completion.

The Project Manager works with the Plant Manager (and other departments) to ensure changes, dates, and all other aspects of production are handled appropriately. The Project Manager is also responsible for coordination of all required interfaces with the Architect, General Contractor and other subcontractors.

Change Orders
Mid Canada Millwork provides costing for change orders in a very timely fashion to help the customer realize the cost impact of the changes as quickly as possible.
